CEVA Logistics
Office Interior
Big space, small footprint. CEVA Logistics occupies Level 15 of Tower of Akash on Gulshan Avenue: a 3,500 square foot floor plate that needed to absorb 52 workstations across three distinct zones without compression.
The concept is strategic segregation: Public (entry lobby, reception, service counter), Semi-Public (office foyer, meeting rooms, open workstations), and Private (country head's room, finance and accounts, conference room, IT and server room, pantry). Each zone carries appropriate acoustic and visual separation, connected by a clear primary circulation spine. Green buffers at zone boundaries absorb noise and reduce stress.
The design language draws from CEVA's core business: shipping containers. The solid partitions that define and separate zones are conceived directly from the container form: their proportions, material weight, and structural presence a deliberate reference to the company's identity in global freight.
Defining elements: clean lines, minimal decor, neutral palette, low and long furniture. Documented through Revision 4 with full axonometric views, blow-up plans, and seventeen rendered views.
