The 401K. An army officer building his retirement income and a neighbourhood icon simultaneously — a G+8 apartment building in Jolshiri Abashon, Narayanganj, designed to perform as investment, as civic presence, and as home.
Design, full Revit BIM documentation, and BOQ were produced at Indigenous Architects under Principal Ar. Sayeed Ahmed. The project was in preconstruction as of November 2023.
